Meet the Doc

Dr. Tara Hall

Fun Fact: Many people don’t know that Dr. Tara enjoys camping, hiking and anything in nature. She enjoys to paint and loves all DIY and arts & craft projects. 

Dr. Tara grew up in Boise Idaho with her family of 8 that she loves so dearly and is very close to. Tara was always busy, playing sports, being involved in the community and spending time with friends and family.

After graduating from Timberline High School, Dr. Tara took a volleyball scholarship to a junior college called Sheridan College in Sheridan Wyoming where she played for a year and a half before taking another volleyball scholarship at a Division II school in Spearfish South Dakota called Black Hills State University. Dr. Tara graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry. 

After her experiences in the mid-west, Dr. Tara went to chiropractic college in Whittier California at a school called Southern California University of Health Sciences. She was involved in many clubs on campus, enjoyed most student activities as well as attended many seminars throughout her education. Dr. Tara graduated with cum laude and received her certifications in Sports Medicine, Functional Medicine and Advanced Imaging. 

Receiving her doctorate in chiropractic was not the only achievement Dr. Tara made at chiropractic school. SCU was where Tara met the love of her life, Dr. Sani Kohen. They are now married and excited to start their lives together:) 

Now Dr. Tara is running her very own practice, Mindful Movement Chiropractic and she could not be more thrilled about her career and business.
